We are looking for a diligent Junior Backend Developer to join our team. The individual will be responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the front-end elements. As a Junior Backend Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to understand and implement functional programs. You will also be involved in writing and maintaining code, testing software, and troubleshooting any issues that might arise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for building and maintaining Backend services.
2. Create maintainable, reusable, and reliable services.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, scalability, and availability of applications.
4. Review and provide constructive feedback on code written by team members to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
2. Have good knowledge about computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
3. Familiarity with database technologies, either relational DB or non-relational DB. Can write basic SQL queries, understand schema design, and perform CRUD operations.
4. Have good knowledge of programming languages.
5. Has fundamental knowledge of Operating Systems and Networks.
6. Have both teamwork skills and independent working skills.

Prefer

1. Having basic proficiency with Go, or Python.
2. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis.
3. Experience with Devops automation tools, CI/CD.
4. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
5. Curiosity about new technologies and eagerness to learn and improve backend skills
6. Basic knowledge of Frontend technologies and how Frontend integrate with Backend
